We offer worldwide shipping to all the countries. Due to the policies and customs conditions from different countries, the shipping service will be changed for several countries to minimize the processing time of the package.
Once the package is dispatched, you will be able to receive a tracking number for your reference by E-mail. Please check the following list for the delivery days of the shipping service.

Due to increased traffics on our websites, delivery and logistics may be delayed. Therefore, your order may take longer than usual to arrive and we are working diligently to get them to you as quickly as possible.

Sorry for the delayed shipping issue, we're working hard to fix this problem and try to make you feel better about our shopping experience. We make a promise to give you the premium products so that we need the time to produce the products and prepare the package, and we'll work with the logistic staff to deliver the package in a quicker time, we always want to give our customers a really good shopping experience.

Shipping Process

Please be noted that the usual shipping days of Undetectd are Monday / Wednesday / Friday with the exception of holidays (GMT-5).
To ensure the product condition of your order, we will examine the products again before we send out the package. Recently our system detected some scam orders, and it causes a manual check for order situation, which would take less than 5 business days to check your order items. After the order check, your package will be sent and you should be able to check your package information by Order Track. Please contact us if you need to assist due to any urgent situation.



Import Duties

Customs and import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination country, such extra fees will be charged to the recipient by DHL / FedEx / EMS / SF-Express or your local customs office directly. Undetectd has no control over such extra charges. Please note that such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. For example, if you order a t-shirt, it will need 3-7 business days of customised time and then 15-20 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 18-27 business days.

Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations.Onlyarttistic is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. onlyarttistic can never guarantee a delivery date.

Taxes & Duties

Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.

Tracking Information

• If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly to investigate. We will not be responsible for lost packages with “delivered” tracking status.
• After your package is shipped (after 3-7 business days processing time), please allow another 7-15 days for tracking information to update. Please feel free to contact us if the estimated delivery date has passed, or if you have any concerns regarding the shipping status.

Cancellation

We put our best efforts into expediting processing and shipping times, so the time window for changes and cancellation will be relatively short – usually within a couple of hours as you place your order. The onlyarttistic.com is NOT responsible for:

• Orders marked “delivered” by the courier. Please contact your local Post Office or the courier to obtain information regarding your package.
• Wrong address. We will not be responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address
